Mr.SplashUSA (“Mr. Splash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Mr.SplashUSA mobile application, how we use and share that information, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Mr.SplashUSA app, we may collect the following information:

Account Information

When you create or use an account, we may collect:

• Full name  

• Email address  

• Phone number  

• Account and authentication identifiers  

• Account role and membership QR identifier

Passwords are processed through our authentication provider and are not stored by Mr.SplashUSA in our application database.

Vehicle Information

You may provide information about your vehicle, including:

• Make  

• Model  

• Vehicle size  

• License plate  

• Vehicle selection and related account identifiers

Booking Information

When you schedule a service, we may collect:

• Selected service  

• Location  

• Date and time  

• Vehicle information  

• Contact information  

• Optional booking notes  

• Booking status and cancellation information

Membership and Subscription Information

If you purchase or manage a membership, we may collect or generate:

• Membership plan  

• Membership status  

• Vehicle associated with the membership  

• Subscription identifiers  

• Payment-related references  

• Membership activity and scan history

Payment Information

Payment card information is entered through Square's payment interface and is processed by Square.

Mr.SplashUSA does not store your complete credit or debit card number or CVV.

We may store limited payment-related information provided by Square, such as:

• Card brand  

• Last four digits  

• Expiration month and year  

• Square customer, card, subscription, or transaction identifiers  

• Payment and subscription status information

Membership Scan Information

When your membership QR code is used, we may record information such as:

• Account or membership identifier  

• Business location  

• Date and time of the scan  

• Related membership information

Technical and Operational Information

We may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the application, including application errors, operational logs, authentication activity, and transaction or reconciliation identifiers.

The current application does not intentionally collect precise device GPS location, contacts, microphone recordings, advertising identifiers, or uploaded personal photos.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information collected through the app to:

• Create and manage your account  

• Authenticate users and protect account access  

• Manage customer profiles and vehicles  

• Schedule and manage car wash and detailing appointments  

• Provide and manage memberships  

• Process payments and recurring subscriptions  

• Validate memberships and QR codes  

• Send booking and service-related communications  

• Prevent duplicate or unauthorized transactions  

• Maintain payment and subscription reconciliation records  

• Provide customer support  

• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents  

• Maintain and improve the reliability of the application  

• Comply with applicable business, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations

3. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate certain parts of the application.

Supabase

Supabase provides authentication, database, backend, and related infrastructure services used to operate customer accounts and application data.

Square

Square processes payment card information, saved payment methods, customers, memberships, recurring billing, subscriptions, and related payment activity.

Square may retain transaction records according to its own legal, financial, security, and business requirements even after your Mr.SplashUSA account is deleted.

Resend

Resend is used to send transactional emails relating to bookings and other service communications.

We may also open third-party services such as Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, or our website when you choose to use links provided within the app. Your interaction with those services is governed by their own privacy practices.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate the application, provide requested services, process payments, communicate with you, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law or legal process  

• Protect our customers, business, or property  

• Investigate fraud or security incidents  

• Enforce agreements or protect legal rights

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

When an account is deleted, Mr.SplashUSA removes the customer's sign-in identity and account-linked personal information according to our account deletion process.

Certain limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for purposes such as:

• Payment and transaction reconciliation  

• Accounting and financial records  

• Fraud prevention  

• Security  

• Chargebacks or disputes  

• Enforcement of agreements  

• Compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements

Where practical, information retained for these purposes is limited to what is necessary.

Payment processors and other third parties may independently retain records according to their own policies and legal obligations.

6. Account Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your Mr.SplashUSA account from within the app by going to:

Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account

Before completing account deletion, we may need to:

• Stop future recurring membership billing  

• Cancel applicable subscriptions  

• Disable saved payment authorizations  

• Resolve incomplete or pending payment activity  

• Cancel future bookings  

• Complete necessary payment or transaction reconciliation

Once deletion is completed, you will lose access to your Mr.SplashUSA account.

Account deletion removes account-linked personal information according to our deletion process. Certain limited financial, transaction, security, or reconciliation records may remain where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Deleting your Mr.SplashUSA account does not necessarily delete payment transactions or other records maintained independently by Square or another service provider.

7. Privacy Policy Acknowledgment

When creating a new account, you may be asked to acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy.

We may record:

• The version of the Privacy Policy acknowledged  

• The date and time of acknowledgment

Existing users are not treated as having accepted a policy version unless an acknowledgment was actually recorded.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information.

These safeguards include authentication controls, access restrictions, database security policies, server-side authorization, and restricted handling of payment-related information.

No electronic system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to personal information and protect the systems used to operate Mr.SplashUSA.

9. Your Choices

Depending on the information involved, you may:

• Review and update certain profile information through the app  

• Manage your vehicles  

• Cancel eligible bookings  

• Cancel membership renewal  

• Delete your account  

• Contact us regarding privacy questions or requests

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we make changes, we may update the effective date and policy version shown at the top of this policy. If appropriate, we may also provide notice within the application.
